Chrissy Teigen did a cook with me on her Insta-Stories back in February of 2019 and made these BBQ Chicken Burgers. I screen-shoted (is that a word?) all the ingredients/steps she posted and tried these bad boys out..

Alright everyone, it's time for the 4th recipe out of my First Impressions Series feating the cookbook Magnolia Table by Joanna Gaines!I chose this recipe because it seemed super easy and straight forward to cook. And of course, I love me a good pork meal.

My husband defiantly lives up to his Irish roots when it comes to obsessively loving beef and potatoes, so picking this beef stew to make was right up his alley. I’m not gonna lie to ya, I'm not the biggest beef fan but I figured I’d give this a whirl. Chrissy Teigen has a beef stew in her second cookbook called Sleepy Time Stew and it’s the freaking bomb. So what the hey, let’s give it a try. 

So I figured I would start this firstimpression series off with the highly known cookbook by Joanna Gaines, Magnolia Table. I’ve seen so many people buy it, but have yet to cook from it and I’ve been dying to know if it’s good or not.

Okay, real talk though.. These meatballs subs are the dinner meal you never knew you needed. Is it time consuming? Yes. Is it the simplest meal? No. But DAMNIT IT’S GOOD! And it sounds a little crazy to make these on hotdog buns, but I swear that’s what makes it so freaking good. The damn hotdog bun. Who knew?

I find this meal so interesting and intriguing and so does my extremely picky husband. The linguine paired with the scallops and coated in bread crumbs is the dinner meal you never knew you needed. The scallops provide such a sweet component to the meal that makes it delightfully amazing.

This is one of my go-to recipes from the Cravings cookbook by Chrissy Teigen. Once you make it, it becomes pretty straight forward to quickly whip together. And ALWAYS a crowd favorite! P.F. Changs has NOTHING on this! 

 THIS. COBB. SALAD. Holy nutcrackers, this salad is amazing. How can a SALAD be so good?? I know, I thought the same thing. But gosh darn it, it is amazing. The combo of the seasoning on the chicken and the unbelievable dressing, makes it for a match made in heaven.
